JACK WARREN

Headrush started in the basement of Jack Warren on the South Shore of Massachusetts in 2019. Inspired by Dave Grohl's DIY approach to the first Foo Fighters record, Jack figured, “Why can't I just be my own band?” From then on, he decided he was going to write, record, mix/master, and distribute all of his own music himself. He forged a new sound, where his diverse taste in music converges into my unique yet pop-friendly contemporary rock sound, taking inspiration from many emo, punk, and alternative bands of the 1990s and early 2000s. Listening to Headrush is a reminder that you are not alone. Jack’s songs are deeply personal, and he feels his emotional, yet hopeful lyrics speak to the experiences we all wish we didn’t have to go through, while keeping people moshing and screaming along.
